I've been a customer with a unit for over a year now, and have nothing but great things to say about the storage facility. Clayton, the site manager has been so helpful, co-operative, inviting and has responded to any of my concerns with attention and care. The facility is clean, secure and they have always worked with me to keep my business here. I've worked with a few facilities in the past and nothing comes even close to the service, care and attention that site manager Clayton brings to this facility. Bring that great management alongside a modern, clean facility and you have a fantastic option for anyone looking for a storage unit short or long term. Highly recommend and give Clayton a raise! He's a huge part of the draw to this storage facility=)

The facility is modern, clean, easily accessible, secure, and provides washroom facilities for renters. Clayton Smart, the property manager, is professional, polite, helpful, and cheerful. The customer appreciation event Clayton ran in the fall of 2024 was a fun and informative event for those of us renting. I would recommend this facility and Clayton's management of it.

We moved from Alberta at the end of May and required a storage facility to accommodate our belongings while we were searching for a home . We ended up renting two lockers and a parking spot from the Nanaimo Mini Mall storage for 4.5 months. Clayton worked with us to ensure our rental of all three was seamless and helped us navigate the online booking . We were very impressed by the facility . It has an app you use to gain access to all applicable gates , doors and lockers . The grounds and lockers were very clean and they supply moving dollies and carts for their customers to use . Clayton was extremely attentive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had . I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for safe and secure storage for their belongings.

Clayton is not only a good property manager but he is a very good and kind person- very friendly, walks extra miles and eager to help. We rarely find such kind of people. I am happy to say I am lucky that I contacted them and getting his help. Waiting for the moving day. 🙏🏼
