I'm so glad that I found this storage facility! I was in a pinch and needed a same-day storage unit, not only did the owner answer right away, he was very attentive to my needs as for size/price for the unit. I got the unit, and all of my stuff in in about 4 hours!! Not to mention the owner, Clayton, is BEYOND helpful. Very kind, attentive to detail and you can tell he cares about his customers. Luckily, I don't need the unit for long, but if I ever do again, or end up recommending to someone else, I will definitely give Mini Mall Storage in Nanaimo more business!!!

Clayton is not only a good property manager but he is a very good and kind person- very friendly, walks extra miles and eager to help. We rarely find such kind of people. I am happy to say I am lucky that I contacted them and getting his help. Waiting for the moving day. 🙏🏼

I’d recommend Mini Mall to anyone looking for storage short or long-term! Clayton has been the easiest, most pleasant part of our otherwise challenging moving experience. He made sure I understood the charges and worked with our movers to get our things shifted over. The facility is new, looks very secure, and even landscaped!

I needed short term storage for all my household furniture and belongings, as I waited for occupancy at my new home. I contacted a number of local facilities but once I spoke to Clay at Mini Mall Storage I stopped searching. I went to do paperwork with him and had a quick tour, was extremely impressed with all the buildings and the rates were reasonable. Clay’s customer service was excellent and he was very helpful with finding the right size unit and accommodating my needs. Everyone that was involved in moving my items were impressed by the cleanliness, ease of access and good security. I’ve already recommended this facility to others and I will definitely rent another unit if I ever need one.

I was the first customer to rent a unit when it first opened and I remained there for almost three years. It is a very clean, secure, and well maintained facility. The manager, Clay, is friendly and so helpful, especially when he rescued my valuables I accidently left out overnight! The unit was pest free and the temperature was perfect to keep my clothes and linens free from moisture. I will 100% rent again when I return to my nomadic ways. Thanks for the space!
