I had a great experience here. State of the art security and really professional service. On my second visit here once again I felt so well treated. I had issues fitting all my stuff into the largest storage unit and reached out for help. Luckily someone had just vacated a unit and I was able to find enough extra storage. Even if they had not been able to help me I felt that every effort was made to try and help. What more could I ask for? 100% amazing service and a state of the art facility!

This is the first time I have dealt with Mini Mall Storage and Clayton has made the whole process of storage rental very easy. I had called other rental facilities, but I chose Mini Mall Storage specifically because of Clayton's exceptional customer service. During our phone calls, he was very kind, patient and made things very simple for me and in fact, went out of his way for me. My storage situation is a bit complicated, but Clayton made things a breeze. I am very impressed with the service I have received and would recommend Mini Mall Storage to others.

What a great experience! I arranged for a storage unit for my son’s residence belongings. Clay was so helpful and had all the paperwork done really quickly. He answered all my questions and replied right away when we needed to pivot our plans and made himself available. Highly recommend!
