U-Lock Mini Storage - Nanaimo

We can’t say enough about the professionalism of the staff (Oren and Jaime👍) and the cleanliness and operational efficiency at this facility. After moving and downsizing 6 years ago, we have had our treasured possessions stored here. Having recently retired and anticipating our next ‘moves’ we have been going through our lockers and everything is as pristine as the day it was stored! We can’t recommend this facility highly enough and many thanks for your great care!

Best storage facility in Nanaimo in my opinion. The staff is always ready to help w/ anything & everything. They always have a smile on their face. Facility is always well maintained & clean, never a spec of garbage around. Moving in process was seamless & very well explained. Will most def be recommending U-Lock to everyone! If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would!

With genuine care and determination, Jaime didn't just meet my needs; she exceeded them with flying colors. Her patience and resourcefulness turned what seemed like a logistical nightmare into a smooth, stress-free experience. I Went to the office and met with another person called Mackenzie that was oh so welcoming and uplifting 😊. Thanks to Jaime's magic touch, I found myself on a surprisingly effortless journey to my car's final destination. Jayme at the front desk is always very helpful! She remembers my name and the service is excellent! All the employees are very helpful! But Jayme always goes above and beyond! She has been helpful since day one!
