U-Lock Mini Storage - Nanaimo

Ed and Selena provided amazing customer service to one of our clients we moved with Genie Senior Services. Ed was patient and kind while filling in all of the paperwork. Selena was hands on with showing us where the storage unit was located. The unit and hallway’s are clean and the carts were in great shape making our job a lot easier. We will be recommending this location to all of our Nanaimo clients in the future who need it.

U-Lock Nanaimo offers a clean, well maintained, secure facility with good security systems and controlled access. The addition of contents insurance was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and very professional. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Very clean units. Staff is patient and helpful. I moved from a larger unit to a bit small one with no problems. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe secure storage unit. Only wish there wasn't so many vehicles parked along the fence, makes it hard to get around and park some days.
