Front office staff in Nanaimo were extreme helpful and patient with a new resident to the area. Friendly and welcoming to someone who was new to the process of off-property storage. The coordinating staff from lower mainland were informative, professional and friendly with all aspects of service delivery. I highly recommend the services of U-Lock Storage for all off-property storage needs. Simply put, these guys know what they're doing!

We have used this storage unit twice. The first time was when we needed it for our new house and the second was to help relatives who decided to move to the island. The staff were very helpful and when my relative lost his key, they helped us access the unit with new locks and keys right away. The storage and insurance fees were presented clearly with no surprises and we were able to transfer our unit to my relative when they arrived to use it as they moved in. I highly recommend this storage facility. Clean and heated for household items.

Used this facility for several years. Always clean and secure, convenient times to access my storage unit. Never had a rodent problem, never did see any sign of rodents. Good job.

The staff member was efficient and knowledgeable, making the rental process straightforward. He explained how to enter and leave the premises and locker security protocols. He also told me about the U-Haul truck, which I did rent. I was happy with the service I received. The facility is managed very well, clean, well maintained, and secure, with good hours for access. There's also a clean washroom, which is a very appreciated addition.
